By accessing or using meh aur tum ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

• Rate limiting prevents spam and abuse on login and chat endpoints.
• Report and block features are available on all chat interactions.
• Automated and manual moderation systems monitor for policy violations.

3. Data Storage & Monitoring

We store the following data for security, moderation, and legal compliance purposes:

• Chat messages — All text and image messages in random chat and dating chat are logged with timestamps and sender identifiers.
• User profiles — Profile information, photos, preferences, and activity history.
• Match history — Records of who matched with whom and when.
• Connection logs — Session start/end times, IP metadata for abuse prevention.
• Reports — All user-submitted reports with associated chat context.

4. Moderation & Review

To maintain a safe environment, we reserve the right to:

• Review chat logs when a user is reported or when automated systems flag suspicious activity. Reviews are conducted confidentially by authorized moderation staff.
• Access user profiles and photos for content moderation and verification purposes.
• Ban, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these terms or community guidelines.
• Remove content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and provide data when legally required (subpoenas, court orders, or government requests).

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of abuse.
• Not share explicit, pornographic, or illegal content.
• Not impersonate other people or create fake profiles.
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Not use the Platform for commercial solicitation or spam.
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior using the built-in report feature.

6. Random Chat Disclaimer

Random Chat connects you with strangers. While we moderate and log all conversations for safety, we cannot guarantee the behavior or identity of other users. Never share personal information (full name, address, phone number, financial details) with strangers. If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the Report and Next buttons immediately. All random chat sessions are logged and can be reviewed by our moderation team.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, branding, and code are proprietary. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio text) but grant us a license to display it within the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to interactions with other users. You use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
